From the last post, I was told to look up sleep paralysis. That has to be it! I read it and it seems to make total sense. Apparently I wake during REM cycles every once in a while!

same thing happens to Adam on occasion, so you're not the only one! I think that would completely freak me out - although I'm glad there is an explanation!
